At Marble Sleep Company, we care about your privacy. We believe in transparency, and we’re committed to being upfront about our privacy practices and how we treat your personal information.

This policy will explain our privacy practices for and all domains redirected from (which we’ll refer to as “Sites”), Marble’s mobile applications (the “Apps”) and our other services provided by The Marble Sleep Company, depending on your location (“Marble,” together with “we”, “us”, and “our”). Registering an Account. Some of our Products give options of creating a user account (an “Account”). If you decide to create an Account, you will provide us with certain Personal Information, such as your user name and password. You are not required to register to use our Products.

Automatically collected information. We may also share your information with our third-party service providers (but only as necessary to provide services to us) and our affiliates, in which case we will require those third-party service providers and affiliates to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

How Marble uses your Information

We use Personal Information to facilitate and improve our Products, and to communicate with you.

Some of these activities:

  • We come up with kick-ass marketing material that hopefully works for you and others like you.
  • We share information with our affiliates, partners and internally within our organization to improve our product offerings, services and communications with you.
  • Customize your experience on our website.
