At Marble Sleep Company, we care about your privacy. We believe in transparency, and we’re committed to being upfront about our privacy practices and how we treat your personal information.
This policy will explain our privacy practices for marblesleep.com and all domains redirected from marblesleep.com (which we’ll refer to as “Sites”), Marble’s mobile applications (the “Apps”) and our other services provided by The Marble Sleep Company, depending on your location (“Marble,” together with “we”, “us”, and “our”). We’ll refer to the Site, the Apps, and our other services as the “Services”.
This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties (including other members who sell using the Services or API users) who may also collect or receive data in connection with your use of the Services.
Accepting the Privacy Policy
In order for us to run our business and provide you with the Services, we need to process personal information. By accepting our Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy including how and why we use your information.

We are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies or practices of any of our members, website hosts, third-party websites, or third-party apps.
Marble’s Terms require all account owners to be at least 18 years of age. Minors under 18 years of age and at least 13 years of age are permitted to use Marble’s Services only if they have the appropriate permission and direct supervision by an adult or by the owner of the account.
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use Marble or the Services. You are responsible for any and all account activity conducted by a minor on your account.

At all times, Marble reserves the right to disclose your information where required by law or to comply with a valid legal process (such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order), to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, to protect Marble’s rights or property, or during emergencies when personal safety is at risk.
We may also share your information with our third-party service providers (but only as necessary to provide services to us) and our affiliates, in which case we will require those third-party service providers and affiliates to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
Third-Party Service Providers that Marble uses and which may collect your personal information on Marble’s behalf in order to provide Services are the following
ATOME. We use Atome as a partner to provide financing options to you when checking out and purchasing products from our shopping cart. You can review Atome’s privacy policy at https://www.atome.sg/privacy-policy
ANB Logistics. We use ANB Logistics as our trusted last mile delivery service provider. Their privacy policy is current and complies with prevailing Singapore law on Personal Data Protection.

How Marble uses your Information
We use Personal Information to facilitate and improve our Products, and to communicate with you.
Some of these activities:
- We come up with kick-ass marketing material that hopefully works for you and others like you.
- We share information with our affiliates, partners and internally within our organization to improve our product offerings, services and communications with you.
- Customize your experience on our website.
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve the functionality of our website

Updates
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time and for any reason. You should check this Privacy Policy regularly to see if there have been any changes. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the website after the date the revised Privacy Policy is posted.
