I made a purchase of the Harmony Daily & Meridian Daily Split King Bundle. However I decided that the Meridian Daily mattress is not firm enough for me. This was quite upsetting, so I asked for an exchange to the Harmony and they said that I have to wait for my body to adjust 30 days.
I mean why is there such a thing? Why is this policy in place to make me suffer?

Marble allowed a change after a lot of talking with their US office. So i’m changing this review from 1 star to 3 star just to show that I’m fair. Still wish this policy to be gone.
Recently, I got the marble adjustable bed and the mattress, and let me tell you ah, I had a epic time with them. So, one day, I have this idea of turning my bedroom into a super fun play area for myself.
With the help of the marble mattress and the adjustable bed, I constructed a pillow castle like the Istana. The adjustable feature came in handy as I change the angles to create a foundation for my palace. I then put my pillows and blankets on top, creating a hideout like in Tekong.
But the fun didn’t stop there. I also transform my bedroom into changi airport, using the bouncy mattress as a landing strip. I jumped, landed, and even did some epic flips. ROFL! Wah I enjoying every moment.
I have to say, the marble combo has brought so much joy and excitement to my life.
The adjustable bed bases are of amazing quality, customer service was wonderful too. However there are some things Marble can improve on.
1. Delivery was slow, when I placed an order it took them over a month to make the delivery. I understand they had a high sales volume when I made the order, and they did mention that it would take longer than usual. But why can’t they hold more inventory? Why make us customers wait?
However to give them credit, their customer service was exceptional. They did not beat around the bush and said everything very transparently and honest. This is very unlike other companies in singapore that tend to be hazy with finer details or after sales support.
2. Delivery personnel were polite and good. But they left a huge scratch at the back of my remote. This must have happened during the delivery or manufacturing. I have no clue, but this is very upsetting. Marble needs to look into this!
If they sorted these two things out, I would have given them 5 stars. Everything else about them is almost perfect.
